While attending the University of Central Florida, Mr. Thomas was a member and involved in several UCF theater productions. Before attending UCF, he was cast in SeaWorld’s national commercials and was a guest on Nickelodeons shows including Welcome Freshman, All That, and the Kenan & Kel Show.

Z/Creators is a consulting and digital media production company specializing in education, strategic planning, brand integration, and innovation. She has worked in higher education and technology for more than 35 years. Before retirement in 2019, Dr. Ziegler served as the Garth C. Reeves Eminent Scholar Endowed Chair of Excellence specializing in ethics, and Interim Dean in the School of Journalism and Graphic Communication at Florida A&M University (FAMU), Assistant Vice President for Instructional Technology and Distance Learning, as well as other administration positions.
Prior to joining FAMU, Dr. Ziegler was a Professor of Broadcasting for 14 years at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and Associate Director for Diversity Resources and Educational Services, supervising Research and Technology housed under the Office of the Chancellor. She is a Charter Inductee in the University of Tennessee-Knoxville African American Hall of Fame (1994). She is the only African American elected President of the Faculty Senate in the university's history. As a seasoned practitioner, Mr. Clarke has extensive knowledge of the television, film, and music industries, including protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. He also has substantial experience setting up, maintaining, transferring, and terminating entertainment entities and their assets. Additionally, he handles a wide array of commercial litigation and transactional disputes, including but not limited to infringements, actions to enforce or terminate contractual agreements, and issues related to rights of privacy, publicity, and defamation.
Mr. Clarke is a member of The Recording Academy (the Grammy organization) and NATAS (the Television Academy). He has served in various leadership positions as Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and Chair of the North American Entertainment Sports & IP Law Summit. Mr. Clarke also was the Chair of the Entertainment Law Institute. Furthermore, he is a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, an organization of attorneys selected from three percent of the Georgia State Bar membership “whose public and private careers demonstrate outstanding legal abilities and a devotion to their communities.”

Before joining FD in 2006, Eddie worked for a local Atlanta-based accounting firm.
In 2020, Eddie received the University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40 award.
